Delivery & exchange

The essentials. For anything else, ask on WhatsApp — the assistant answers from the same policy.

Delivery

Nationwide via courier: 3–5 working days to major cities, 5–7 working days elsewhere. Delivery is Rs 250, free on orders above Rs 5,000. Cash on delivery is available nationwide.

Exchange

Exchange within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Size exchange is free once. Sale items are exchange-only (no refund). Cash refunds are only issued for damaged or wrong items.

Damaged or wrong item

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos, on WhatsApp. We arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Payment

Cash on delivery, or bank transfer (account details are shared after checkout on WhatsApp).
